Terms of use

1. The service
AgencyVerity helps you describe your digital project, compare agencies based on proof and understand their quotes. By using the site, you accept these terms.
2. What the service is not
AgencyVerity does not give legal, tax or accounting advice, does not recommend any agency and does not tell you whether to sign a quote. The analysis is produced automatically and may contain errors or omissions: every point links to the sentence of the quote, which is yours to check. For an important contract, consult a professional.
3. Your account
One account per person. You sign in with a code sent to your email address; keep access to that address private.
4. Free analysis
Each person or business is entitled to a single free analysis. Creating several accounts or getting around our limits to obtain more free analyses is forbidden and may lead to the accounts being closed.
5. Paid analyses
- Prices are shown in Canadian dollars on the Pricing page, plus applicable taxes. Payment is made in advance, through Stripe.
- Credits you buy are valid for 12 months.
- If an analysis fails or is blocked by our quality checks, the credit used is returned to you automatically.
- You can ask for a refund of unused credits within 14 days of purchase.
- Maximum quote size: about 15 pages (40,000 characters).
6. Your documents
You confirm you have the right to submit the quotes you send. You allow us to process them only to produce your analysis. We do not publish them and do not use them to train an artificial intelligence model.
7. Acceptable use
- No automated access (bots) to the analysis features.
- No attempt to get around limits, security or billing.
- No unlawful content, and no documents you are not entitled to use.
8. Agencies
Agency listing is free. No agency can pay for a better place or to have accurate information removed. The agency guarantees the accuracy of what it declares and the consent of the clients it gives as references. AgencyVerity may refuse or remove a profile, and each agency can ask for its profile to be corrected or removed.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AgencyVerity is not responsible for decisions made using the service, nor for commitments made between you and an agency. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under Québec’s Consumer Protection Act if it applies to you.
10. Intellectual property
The site, its texts, design and tools belong to AgencyVerity. Your documents and analysis results remain yours.
11. Changes and governing law
We may change these terms; the version in force is the one published here. These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and Canada; the courts of the judicial district of Montréal have jurisdiction.
