Free website monitoring: your site’s health record
We check your site every hour and write to you as soon as something important changes: an outage, an expiring domain, WordPress turned insecure, Google no longer able to show it. And a summary every month.
You open your account with a code sent by e-mail; the site is checked right away and you get the first finding.
You get an e-mail when…
- The site stops answering. Then a second e-mail when it answers again, with how long the outage lasted.
- The domain is about to expire. 30, 7 and 1 day before, then if it has expired: a site that suddenly vanishes often starts here.
- WordPress becomes insecure. As soon as WordPress.org publishes a security fix your site does not have.
- Google can no longer show the site. A forgotten “noindex” instruction or robots.txt file, often after a redesign.
- The https or the privacy policy disappears. An expired certificate, a removed link: Law 25 requires the policy on the site.
- An e-mail anti-fraud setting disappears. Without SPF or DKIM, Gmail may refuse your e-mail or file it as spam.
Only once per problem: no duplicate e-mail, never advertising.
An example alert
Your site salon-ete.ca is not responding
Hello, Since November 12, 2026 at 10:05 a.m. (Montréal time), our automated visit gets no answer from https://salon-ete.ca/ (two tries 10 minutes apart). 1. Open the site on your phone to confirm. 2. Tell your agency or host. We will write as soon as it answers again.
Fictional example.
The monthly summary
- The site’s availability, and outages with their length.
- The domain’s expiry date and registrar.
- WordPress, Google, e-mail and Law 25.
- The speed on a phone, measured by Google, compared with what Google advises.
Why it is free
A forgotten site is expensive the day it breaks. AgencyVerity lives from quote analysis: we would rather your site holds up, and be there the day you need to choose an agency.
Frequently asked questions
Is it really free?
Yes, for one site, with no credit card. All it takes is an AgencyVerity account, opened with a code sent by e-mail.
How often is the site checked?
Every hour, we check that it answers. Every day, we run the full check again: domain, security, Google, e-mail and Law 25. An outage is only reported after a second failed visit, 10 minutes later.
What do you keep?
The site address, the check results (public information only) and the alerts sent. Everything is deleted when you stop the watch.
My site is on Wix, Shopify or Squarespace: is it useful?
Yes. The platform updates its software, but an outage, an expiring domain, an instruction that blocks Google or a disappearing e-mail setting can happen to any site.
How do I stop?
From your account, or with the link at the bottom of every e-mail. The site’s history is then deleted.
Automatic checks of public information. It is neither a security audit nor legal advice.
